We’re excited to announce a collaboration with our long-standing client LBS, the number one business school in the world for executive education, to create a myriad of content enhancing the viewer experience for remote learners through the use of Virtual Production, AI and avatars.
We’ve worked with London Business School on a wide range of projects over the years, but their recent focus on digital learning has been one of the most forward-thinking. With a clear ambition to uplift and modernise their online education output, LBS approached us with a bold and practical brief: to rethink how educational content could look, feel and be produced at scale, without compromising on quality.
LBS is actively investing in new ways to streamline and enhance its digital learning content. The goal is to improve how remote learners engage with faculty-led material, and the outcome is becoming a smart, editorial upgrade to traditional academic video.

The project brings together two distinct approaches:
While stylistically different, both strands share the same goal: to deliver high quality academic content with consistency, clarity and a strong visual identity.
LBS’s commitment to digital innovation is matched by a focus on smarter use of time, resources and environmental responsibility. By introducing avatars for key faculty, the school has cut down on travel, reduced production costs and freed up valuable staff time. Faculty no longer need to fly in from around the world to deliver content, which means less disruption, more flexibility and a lower carbon footprint. It’s a practical and evolving model that reflects LBS’s ambition to lead with purpose.

We’ve worked closely with the LBS team to support each presenter, and continue to do so. Some have used autocue, while others prefer to work from slides. Our job throughout has been to make sure every setup feels natural, confident and clean.
Visuals have played a key part in the brief and will continue to do so. With many of the topics being complex or abstract, we’ve developed motion graphics, 2D and 3D animation to help explain the ideas clearly without losing attention. From explainer sequences to branded transitions, every visual asset has been built to support the content and keep the experience smooth and engaging for the viewer.

Post-production has played a big part in shaping the output so far, and will continue to evolve as new content is delivered. All footage has been handled at Broadley, where our editors have worked closely with the client to make sure the content meets academic standards while still feeling visually sharp and up to date. Graphics and animations have been layered in to support key points, sound has been mixed and balanced, and every episode has been shaped with consistency and clarity in mind.
What is exciting about this project is the long term impact. The project is in motion and still being conceived as we move forward. This is not just a content refresh, it is a complete shift in how high-level academic material is produced, managed and shared. LBS now has a scalable, flexible model for digital learning content that can evolve alongside their teaching without starting from scratch every time.
They continue to be a brilliant creative partner. The ambition is always clear, and the briefs come with vision and purpose. We’re proud to support their evolving digital learning journey and look forward to building on this work in future phases.
