Simon Windsor is a seasoned production and finance professional with more than 20 years’ experience across Film and High-End Television drama.
He has held senior roles including Supervising Line Producer, Financial Controller and Production Accountant, working across drama, crime, comedy and period productions for broadcasters and studios including the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Paramount+, Sky Studios, Amazon Studios and ZDF in Germany.
Simon’s experience covers both UK and international production and film making, with projects delivered in locations including Cyprus, Malta, Hungary, South Africa, Morocco and Thailand. Recent credits include Hit Point for Studiocanal, Band of Spies for Paramount+ and Christmas Carol for Sky Studios.
With a comprehensive understanding of location shoots and managing large crews and demanding logistics, plus considerable experience of budgeting, multi currency budgeting, production accountancy, regional tax credits, scheduling, co-production agreements and hybrid shooting models, Simon brings a strong practical, commercial and financial perspective to ambitious content production.
At Broadley, Simon helps shape new production models that combine established Film and HETV discipline with emerging AI technology. As Broadley develops bespoke AI pipelines for narrative, vertical drama, commercial production and corporate communications, his role is to ensure each workflow is creatively ambitious, financially controlled and built for delivery.
His approach brings structure, rigour and commercial intelligence to the AI production space, helping turn new creative possibilities into viable, scalable productions.
