Tricaster 2 Elite, Yamaha TF1 Digital Sound Console, Zoom, Adobe Premiere Pro, bespoke website for BJC webinar event created in Wordpress, fluent forms software and site ground web hosting.
Following the success of numerous virtual events and the annual Cardiorenal Forum in 2021, the British Journal of Cardiology reached out to us to host another online virtual event. The BJC webinar consisted of pre-recorded keynote presentations from eminent doctors intercut with live debate and questions from the audience. The event was to last 90 minutes and had a global audience attending.
The platform that was elected to be used was Zoom to bring in virtual participants. This meant the Doctors could all easily join the call without worrying about using specialist software that could be blacklisted on their NHS network. This Zoom feed was then streamed into a bespoke branded website for the viewers to enjoy. It also offered us a latency free platform for better flow of conversation across distance.
The bespoke website created encompassed password protected security, event registration, chat function, audience feedback forms for CPD points. This enabled the audience to sign up for the live stream, giving the BJC metrics on how the stream performed and information from their viewers.
The BJC webinar event lasted 90 minutes and was a huge success for everyone involved.
